Pricing

The prices displayed in the Nellie Tier online store are in shown in New Zealand dollars ($NZD). Where applicable (ie within New Zealand ) local tax (GST) is included. International purchases are sales tax exempt, for both purchases and shipping. Prices are correct as displayed but we retain the right to alter these at any time.

Shipping

We endeavour to use the most cost effective systems to deliver to you.

For New Zealand purchases - At this point deliveries within New Zealand will be made by Courier Post - a signature required, trackable service which should ensure safe arrival of your purchase.

For International purchases - the 3kg NZ Post Economy Courier service is an insured, tracked system that has proved well priced, reliable and speedy. However we must emphasise that although we take all precautions to ensure safe arrival we cannot be responsible for any local duties which may be levied by other countries on certain products.

Please make sure you supply us with a full and correct shipping address - this must include an email and contact telephone number. Nellie Tier cannot be responsible for any missing orders if delivery details are incorrect.

Returns

The quality of the Nellie Tier products is our prime consideration. We pack with care and products are well boxed and protected. However if there is a problem with an item please contact us. We will make all efforts to remedy. Should we not manage to resolve the issue within 20 days then please return for a full refund . Unless a product is faulty we cannot refund shipping costs.
